How do I receive my downloads?
First, be patient. As stated in the product description as well as in my terms of use, I will manually email you the links. After your payment is made, I will receive an email from Paypal. Within 24 hours (in most cases) I will email your links. I don't sit at my computer 24/7 so again, please be patient. Ecrater isn't perfect, but it does work.

Do you take special requests?
Yes! I'd love to be able to fill every request, however, that isn't always possible. Email me and let me know what it is that you'd like to purchase and I'll do my best to put something together. If I'm not able to create what you desire, I will let you know.

Is it possible to receive my downloads instantly?
Sadly this option is not available through eCRATER. However, most of my items are available for purchase at my new blog store at http://laurindasdigishop.blogspot.com Through my new blog store your downloads are available as soon as the payment process is completed through Paypal. If this option ever becomes available at eCRATER I will use it.
